- Cherry, grape or normal tomatoes, diced.
- Half a pack of spaghetti.
- Olive oil.
- Salt and Pepper.
- 1 liter of water.
- 1 onion, chopped.
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely diced.
- Grated Parmesan cheese.
We add onion and garlic in a pot and sauté it until it’s lightly browned. Then we add the tomatoes, spaghetti, water, salt, pepper and the water. We leave it until its boiling and then we constantly start to stir it until the spaghetti is al dente and the water is almost gone. Taste it and add salt and pepper in necessary. Serve in a plate and add the grated Parmesan cheese on top. Enjoy!!!
